7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. An estimated delivery date is different from the date on which an order is dispatched.

If we cannot dispatch your order within the promised shipping timeframe, we will notify you and provide a revised estimate where available. We will obtain your consent to a delay or provide cancellation and refund options as required by applicable law.

For orders subject to the U.S. Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if no shipment timeframe is stated, the applicable default is generally shipment within 30 days. We will follow the Rule's requirements for delay notices, consent, cancellation, and refunds.

If your package appears lost or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. These Terms do not automatically transfer all responsibility for a lost shipment to you when the package is handed to a carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Our 90-Day Guarantee

Returns, refunds, replacements, and our 90-Day Guarantee are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

You may contact us regarding a request within 90 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms reduces our express guarantee or any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

PenguPuff products should be used responsibly and according to the instructions, warnings, labels, sizing information, care instructions, and age guidance supplied with the product.

Products intended for children should be used with appropriate adult supervision where necessary.

PenguPuff is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with PenguPuff. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and PenguPuff, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with PenguPuff.
